It does in mine now too. Before it was just a blue square. Weird. There’s no logic to internet service..I think it just does whatever it wants to do.
If you use regular wire paperclips, you could leave them clipped to the cutting board for storage. You could also install some snaps, like a packable leather valet tray.
I considered using heavy duty paper clips but the store didn’t seem to have any fitting that description. Snaps is an interesting idea though….

I made some extended pulls for my ceiling fan in the shop and a couple dog collars. I need to build a light box for pics. I have to make room for a new cylinder arm sewing machine first though.

helped a buddy make yule gifts today - a couple skiving knives/kiridashi, a thread cutting knife, a handful of tiny copper penannular brooches, a knife sheath, and some handmade dice -- in both brass and antler (2 different sets).
I had this Bowie blank floating around my shop since college. Finally decided to do something with it. So I made a Mountain Man Trench Bowie. Hopefully will make a sheath for it this weekend.
Thanks! It’s a good knife for sure, it always sat a little high in the kydex sheath for my liking though (due to the blade to handle ratio), so finally made a sheath for a more balanced carry overall. Guessing I’ll carry it tons more now.
Put together this sheath today for my Mora Companion HD. Pouch is big enough to fit a mini Bic and 4-5 tinder tabs. (Not pictured is a detachable dangler for if I’m wearing it with a coat.)
