Luckily I had all Milwaukee already so I have a couple extra chargers and batteries. I gave my best buddy my old 18V hammer drill, 1/4" impact, and circular saw along with a charger. He has the 12V stuff and wanted to start getting some 18's so I figured that would be a good start. He needs batteries but that's cheaper than the tools.

    Nice tools @ManOfSteel.

I'm a huge fan of the Milwaukee M12 series. I've had a couple m12 drills for a few years and dad finally but the bullet and upgraded at Christmas last year.

My next tool will be the m12 circular saw.

Thanks man. It's an investment for sure. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for. That little 5 3/8" saw will be sweet for small stuff.

You Milwaukee fan boys need to use a Japanese makita tool and you won't want anything else...;)

Milwaukee is owned by TTI who also owns ryobi, rigid and half of home depot hence the awesome home Depot deals and home depots refusal to carry top of the line makita tools

Milwaukee fan boys: rebuttal? The fight is on!!!

I use my American made Esee Laser Strike or Junglas for all my carpentery needs. Nothing more needed. You foreign fan boys need to get real!!!

I'll put my impact and drill against any on the market including festool and hilti. I will also gladly go head to head with any skill saw

I had some Makita stuff back in the day. The drill and impact set was white at the time. They were good but I'm a Milwaukee fanboy so all the arguing and banter in the world isn't gonna make me dump all the tools and batteries I have to change to a different brand. If we were talking all corded stuff it wouldn't be a big deal but to change completely when you have over $1000 worth of brand new batteries is insane. Also, I have built quite a few houses and have yet to find a more powerful or well-built circular saw than my Milwaukee worm drive but YMMV. I'm not a fan of their tools because of the color or the price I promise.

I definitely understand I've got over $5000 invested in my hand tools and I'm certainly not looking to go replace them while they still work. I've always stuck with makita hand tools because they have the biggest line up of cordless and have a lot of tools for fine carpentry that most others are just starting to release. I definitely can't trash talk Milwaukee they make some great tools and they actually improved their horrendous miter saw stand which shows they are listening to the guys using them

That's my next purchase- a stand. After that I need a table saw and then I'm finished.

New rubber for the Supermoto.. and a new rear rack so I'll actually be able to do some ADV riding with some guys I know. I hate not being able to get to some fishing spots because my bike and truck can't get back there.

Since I have the 50/50 tires and rack coming for the bike and I plan on doing some ADV riding and fishing.. This will fit in my backpack and hopefully catch me some fish in hard-to-get-to fishing holes. St. Croix TRS66MF2

Oooh... that's nice. My old man had a reel like that back in the day. Somehow I didn't end up with much of his stuff except a few hand tools I stole from him when I was a teenager.

Thanks. I gotta figure out what bag to use and how to secure it since it sticks about 1' out the top of my backpack. I can zip it almost all the way and let the rod halves stick out but I'd like it deeper somehow. Maybe time to change bags.

You should try to mount a piece of PVC on the rack take the reel off slide the rod in cap it completely protected if there is tight trails it won't catch on anything
