There was a leftover piece I just had for a snack. I fear a conspiracy regarding my "burnt" pizza, so I took anouther picture as proof. Also, crumb shot. Each dough ball will make a pizza 12 inches this thickness. It works fine if you want it thinner, just stretch it out more and don't let it rise after shaped.
I prefer my pizza to be on the more well done side of done. Rare steaks and almost burnt pizza crusts is how I role.
Just finished dinner: my second meatball/mozerella sub. (I have enough for another tmw.) Heading back to the studio to view the latest rendering of the video. Then, the hammock beckons. I'll be back after sleep ... probably. .. ...
Days later, 11:20 pm. Pizza log for the day. First I walked downtown, in the am, ahead of this snow storm (~ 8" on top of 15"). I had to walk mostly in the highway -- facing traffic, of course -- because the f'g sidewalk got a plow, but no salt -- not many walk here, so there's not as much pressure on the city for salt as there is on the roads because the LARGE majority of people here drive cars/trucks instead of walking. <ahem> Then, I came back, ate lunch, and worked on editing a video ALL afternoon. Then I ate dinner comprised of left over pizza (from last Friday, no less) and a meatball sub. Then, I did another hour of editing, then dealt with software crashes caused by an overly large file. So, I cut it in half, re-rendered the first part and it worked well. Happy with the edits. I'm now rendering the second half -- "24% complete" -- but not sure I can stay awak . e .. much ... longer. Hammock calls. I'm thinking of another pizza next Friday -- if I have e.nough coins. All meat next time. With some polenta and beans, it could get me through the w'hole f.....g week .. 33% complete ...
