I pecked out this divot to make a bow drill bearing block from a stone I found. Then had to give it a test run.
Thanks! I end up picking up cool rocks when I can. Generally I don’t know what I’m gonna do with them at the time, but from the beginning this one was saying “bearing block”.
We have a bunch of small rocks/pebbles in our backyard from different travels over the years. With no other purpose then reviving good memories, I can relate
