    I was very happy with the finish. Trust me, the cleaver had some heavy wood work here. As @mtngoat has shown, very easy to clean up.

    Ok so my buddy Arturo was filming a show for Travel Channel called Grilling Across America and he wanted to try out the cleaver, so we decided to open up a pig skull so the @Expat cleaver may be seen on the show when it airs.

    In all honesty how good is their engineering program? (Doesn't matter to me- wildlife and fisheries bio- just curious)
