Ok so we started at 4:00 am picked up cow and the fun started. So the cleaver is not quite heavy enough to cut through the cow spine with out batoning. The pig however it went through it like butter. Split the spine like butter and took the head off one chop. Video to come, still have the goat to do.

I have a feeling that this Cleaver is going to be the most tested blade in ESEE history due to the appeal beyond the forest.

    Make it happen.

No sign of it fading, split the pig spine and it was still able to shave a patch of hair off it that was missed. Videos are loading on YouTube right now, as soon as they are done I'll post them here.

That's great. Love that it's being used. I joke about taking all y'alls money (and that's only a partial joke), but the real motivation is that guys get out there and make memories with it. To create some kind of tool or item that helps create outdoor memories with family and friends is my goal. I want people like @mtngoat to pick this thing up one day and, remembering that awesome time at CarnageCon, say "We've got to get out there and do that again; that was fun". Then, he throws a few things in a pack, grabs the cleaver and heads out the door.

If those stories start to happen, I'm content.

We got a couple of new models coming out and most of the time, my goal is to have an outdoors product that you don't have to put away when you get inside. I like the concept of handling kitchen chores and still being useful outdoors. That's my thinking anyway.

I don't want to make anything that's remotely resembles a collectible piece. Make memories with my stuff or don't buy it.

Can any of those guys make it to Blade? We're giving away a bunch of cleavers. And of course, the YETI. You dealing with that much meat, you need a good cooler, too :)

This is me splitting the pig spine, cut the head off after but it didn't make the video. I have some GoPro futage of the goat, I'll get it loaded Monday.
