I've never surfed, though I did ride a skate board as a kid. But I teach a seminar using this book. Maybe that counts.
A little update: Jeff and I had some really good creative meetings this past weekend. I know y'all probably think things are going slow. Product development is kinda like trying to shoot pool with a rope. BUT, rest assured, there are some really cool things in the works. And things that are very unique and fun, especially for the knife industry (Hint: it's not all about knives). If you couldn't tell by now, Expat™ Knives is not going to be a line of stuffy, steel nerd, knife snob elitist products. We want our line to be associated with great experiences. Not giving out any details right now, but by Blade, we should have some cool things in the works. Just be patient and continue to enjoy deer season, the holidays, football, family, and the forum. Life is short to do otherwise. Trust me, you won't say, "I wish I spent more time on the couch, or at the office" on your deathbed.
Yes. We are on schedule right now, barring some unforeseen hiccup. We may even have some pictures of some of them in action in the upcoming weeks.....
Couldn't you arrange for a deathmatch between Bieber and Alanis Morissette? The world would come out as a winner.
Do you have a link? By the way, the feedback Jeff is getting is that this thing is really going to be strong out of the gate. Get them while you can!! (of course, Shon's just going to make more so in reality there's no hurry, but I felt like that was a good marketing attempt at creating something like a fake panic, to get you guys all riled up and out there contacting your dealers to inquire about them....)
