Just needs ketchup and cheese smeared up one side and you nailed it.
I'll do that next time with mustard on the top of the bun also lol
A pork shoulder I smoked the other day, halfway through being shredded. I used my own dry rub blend, and a mixture of hickory and mesquite wood for smoke. A different taste, but so freakin' delicious!
Fish camp doesn’t mean **** food.
Hell, I eat better at camp than I do at home most of the time.

loaded the Traeger up today. Two shoulders and some pork belly burnt ends.
Made a beef tenderloin tonight. Had to break out the big skillet for the sear.
@Boker55 - Pork belly burnt ends are the devil! So incredible. And Costco having bulk packages of pork belly is not going to help the numbers for my next checkup with the doctor.

Chopped up the leftover ham from thanksgiving and added to a crock pot of beans for tonight.
Pan seared New York strip. Pan sauce of butter, shallots, mushrooms, heavy cream and demi glace; Gratin Dauphinois; butter lettuce with balsamic vinaigrette.
2” thick prime grade bone-in ribeye for my birthday a couple weeks back. Reverse-sear is the only way I want a steak anymore.
Pour the molten hot lava sugar into the whipped egg whites and listen to your mixer struggle for 10 minutes....
