Beef Chuck & Pork Tenderloin Stew prep Cubed up beef Chuck roast and pork tenderloin, with fresh ground coriander, cumin, chili, black pepper, paprika, cardamon seed, whole fennel, mustard, cumin seeds, black cumin seed, dried thyme, ground nutmeg, and 17 mineral pink Himalayan Salt. mixed well in the spice mixture, added Afghan Kefir yogurt and mixed well, then vacuum sealed to marinate. Soup stock on sale for $1 Marinated / spiced meats ready for searing. I used the broiler (gets way hotter than the stovetop and there is no smoke to set off the fire alarms) and turned the meat often with the spatula . Mmmm - crispy on the outside, tender on the inside Everything (pan drippings too!) into the pot to simmer. wait until you see the final stew
they are delicious. Sautéed in bacon fat and butter, splash of bourbon, lit on fire , and added to the stew.
Not sure what mushrooms you ate but these tasted nothing like manure you'd like my 20 mushroom stew, made from mushrooms from all over the world.
Spicy green beans & broccoli with chili flakes , cayenne, Himalayan salt , loads of ginger & garlic. Made a big batch for lunches this week Oh and added chopped smoked bacon as well
Prepping beef cubed Chuck roast, with loads of hot cayenne, Thai chilies, Mexican chilies, smoked paprika, turmeric, coriander, cumin, black pepper, cardamon, black cumin seed, fennel seed, mustard seed, and Himalayan salt. Afghan Kefir yogurt, 1 cup garlic, 1 cup ginger, blended smooth and mixed well with the beef and spice mix. 3 cups finely chopped cilantro , 1 cup chopped mint, and 2 large onions , diced - added to the beef. Mixed well, bagged and vacuum sealed to marinate for 48 hours. this will be a spicy garlic ginger beef dish eventually , slow cooked with even more fresh garlic and onions, served on herbed rice @anrkst6973
So one of my buddies wanted to impress his girlfriend so he asked if we could cook a lamb. So I broke out the Caja and roasted up this beast.
Remember that spicy garlic ginger beef I prepped 3 days ago? Slow cooked it with loads of onions and garlic, in the cast iron stew pot. the aroma was amazing , spicy, with a citrusy note. the flavours were INCREDIBLE. Beefy, spicy , citrusy with a mild lingering heat. leftovers tonight - more onions /garlic , chopped parsley / cilantro leaves
