Has anyone had issues with their Titan Light staying lit? I received mine yesterday and followed the two cap fulls guide and it will not stay lit for more than 10 seconds or so. I have tried adjusting the wick, fluffing the wadding, packing the wadding, adding fuel and removing the wadding and letting it dry overnight so I can start over. No luck so far but I am determined to figure it out. Any help is appreciated.
not sure why it would not stay lit for you ,maybe fill it with fuel and see, thats all I can think of, what fuel are you using?
I reached out to Exotac. They say it’s not getting enough oxygen. They suggested coiling the wick like a snake before adding the first cotton ball, then zig zagging as I add each additional cotton ball, then refill. Not much improvement if any. Im sending this back for a replacement.
