    I’ve decided to order so we will see! I’ll post up when it comes.

    They do have a ti version and all is on sale. The food flat stove pert they sell I think is getting discontinued and is almost 50% off I decided to order just in case.

    I’ve been on and off again with them for awhile and almost pulled the trigger a few times. I prefer an open fire for cooking but sometimes you just can’t do it that way. I bought the firebox nano instead of this awhile back and it’s nice but I decided to keep it with my truck hiking kit. I wasn’t sure if I really wanted another one. Been looking at other options but with this I thought what the heck. I ordered the grill and the toasters but I’m thinking I’ll figure out a permanate can that can for with my bottle kit. We shall see!

    When I first saw them my thought was you can just use the cross members in a small pit fire. ( which you most certainly can). Sad though it may be, the woods here are a lot like pics brother bushman posts up, every public access area has litter...garbage... Lots of it. :(. I would have no trouble finding a can to use. From pork n beans to # 10 restaurant size they are numerous.

    Sadly that’s how it works. I also think I can use it to support my pack grill.

    So it arrived today. Here are the unboxing photos;

    Here are the cross members, can with a US Shelby P-38 tapes to it and wrapped in instructions;

    The instruction pages;

    EFEA31EC-E4E0-4A62-A1A3-2BDF5DAD4D67.jpeg

    I ordered the case, it’s well sewn together, came with another P-38 and a brass dog tag, I dunno why;

    Included was a Firesteel.com rod and scraper;

    Then the other accessories came in a cotton bag. I ordered their filing stove, side toasters and small grill;

    Here are the toasters, simple but should work well enough;

    Here is the toaster held onto the crossmemebr normally the can or whatever would hold it in place.

    The folding grill is eh and I probably won’t use it.

    97D8019A-9952-4DA9-8DE6-47ACE374B66A.jpeg

    The folding stove is nice and quite large when put together

    Everything disassembled in a pile.

    This is the stainless version and heavier than I expected but is only a little heavier than my firebox nano in stainless but it’s much larger.
    I like the versatility and scalability of it. I will test it out and give you guys an update. I would probably say the cross member are worth it with the case and the toasters. I would not waste to much on the grill and the firebox is nice but i think I’ll try the ikea utensil holder because it can next with my bottle setup in my mother carrier from centerline systems. More to come!

    I did, I like to see the intent that the creator had then pick and choose. I think the titanium would be good for those that are worried about ounces. I really like the toasters and think they are awesome, maybe I’ll get another two. The thing I’m not a fan of the grill for is the fact that there is no way to clamp it down. If the handles had a little lip and you had another split ring it would be great. They are well made and laser cut the edges are rolled to keep food in but there isn’t much space with the split rings. Would be hard to get brats or similar in there. We will see how they work

    I like it a lot, it’s really well made, wish I didn’t put off buying it for the last few years lol. It’s dark now but I’ll try to cook lunch on it tomorrow.

    Yea you could use bigger ones. That’s all that holds it together from a key ring.

    So I did email siege stoves to ask if the fold flat firebox was being discontinued since it’s listed cheap as a clearance item. He let me know that it is the gen 2 and he wanted to eliminate inventory before releasing the gen 3. He said he would send me photos on the differences! Really great guy and seems to really care about his customer base
