It was a collaboration between Fiddle Back forge and Bark River. Its a recluse. For whatever reason it didn't seem to go over as well as either company thought but I thought it was a great knife. I took it on a trip to the UP back in 2010 for a basic survival course put on by Wilderness Learning center. IMHO its a great little knife.

 

This is my big knife. Black Jack tac-ops made by Bark River. 8 inch blade A2 at about .25 thick.

This just showed up today. It's a funny knife, because it's kind of raw and in some ways it looks unfinished, but the action is just absolutely impeccable. You can tell they put their engineering where it counted. The anodizing is 3rd party and I wouldn't mind sending it off to @91bravo to have the titanium bits blasted. I'm not a huge fan of the high polish on the scales.
