    Firehouse style chicken and baked potatoes on the Weber.

    That turned out perfect!

    But don't use Kroger charcoal. It's awful...

    You know when a volunteer fire department cooks like a thousand chicken halves and sells them in the foil with a premade roll and some baked beans? That stuff.

    This recipe is spot on for the mop. Will be doing this again, A LOT....

    No but I will be finding one doing this. The FD’s by me (if anything at all) cook ribs that are WAYYYY too salty.

    Playing with "The Snake Method" on my Weber. 5.5hr down, only minor adjustments and spun the racks at 3hr to help cook evenly.

    I think they're gonna be awesome!
