No but I will be finding one doing this. The FD’s by me (if anything at all) cook ribs that are WAYYYY too salty.
Playing with "The Snake Method" on my Weber. 5.5hr down, only minor adjustments and spun the racks at 3hr to help cook evenly. I think they're gonna be awesome!
