That stuff looks rank!!!! I just cant do processed meat, I say this as I defrost a venison back slab for the grill tonight. Do you guys that eat this sort of stuff regularly ever suffer from bad skin? fluctuating energy level? being over weight?, you are what you eat. If you eat processed crap your going to look like crap and feel like crap .
The local was Tastee Burger; same as White Castle. People crave those things like mad! I had a partner at work that could down a dozen of them (He looked like it, too) and be ready for dessert! I call them rectum rockets because that's what they are and the expelled gases is the worst! I have never put one of those into my body; its in a class with SPAM as far as I'm concerned and I don't want gut rot!
Head cheese is great but Souse is better. Especially the hot stuff. One of my favorite treats so few people seem to understand. And a nice medium slice of souse on a sandwich is like a whole sandwich flesh pickle that won't make the sandwich soggy or fall off. What more could a person want?
Good homemade souse is delicious. Souse is either really good, or disgusting. My dad always told me when making souse use everything but the squeal! If you've seen it made, you may not eat it. Otherwise, its very tasty!
