I did a search and couldn’t find a dedicated thread, just whispers here and there….
Anyone own them? What are your thoughts? Do they carry the ESEE warranty?
    Pics!!!

Been using my set since they first came out.
The 5" santoku gets 90% of the use.

One of the retailers randomly came up with some sets 5 years or so ago. I had wanted a set for years and had been unable to find them. I think there were 3 at the time, I bought 2. I gave a set to my mother and hers are basically new in the box. They were so sharp from the factory that her and my sister cut themselves a time or two and were scared to use them after.
The two taller knives are the ones I use for everything I don't use a paring knife for. I love mine.

I have worked in many a kitchen & even spent approximately 3.5 years as a Sous Chef before some how ending in corrections. But I was lucky enough to acquire a set of Tues knives several years back & Love them. @OutdoorsFamilyMan i truly wish the best of luck finding yourself a set. Another company that makes what I think is a good kitchen knife is Cold Steel.

I had the SMKW holiday catalog laying here yesterday. There were 2 decent starter sets under a BenFranklin. Wusthof? And…Henkels? If you needed a beginning place.

I forget whether these were ground at the standard ESEE 20, or at 15. Anyone know? Thanks.

I just did a search in the forum from when I bought mine. It was 2017 from TKC. $65 a set, lol, I'm kicking myself for not buying them all.
