This weekend I was in Canaan Valley, WV and did some hiking. First went to Little Canaan Wildlife Management Area and did Yellow Creek Trail. Had about 3-4 inches of fresh snow.

I also went to nearby Blackwater Falls State Park, hiked out to Pace Point Overlook.
Then hiked down to Elakala Falls. Did about 8 miles total.

Overlook from Pace Point. Can't see much with the snow coming in.

That’s a great area. I fished up there in the fall, and can’t wait to go back.
