Had to follow my buddy mistwalker's post but without the great story or good quality photos. Sometimes a business trip has its perks. Cades Cover in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Had to stop by the candy store. Had to go out to my car to get my Bushboot for show and tell in the store. I belive we may have a shark coming to the waters. A few sweets I picked up Finished the night off with a good steak and cold beer at Texas Roadhouse in Gatlinburg

Love the area. That's home to my family. Both my wife and I have descended from the Cove area. Luckily, no branches crossed that we can find.
We go to CC once or twice a year with friends and or family. I hike the area with a couple hiking "groups". Beautiful area 30 miles south of where we live. SMNW!! Got my ESEE 6 there on sale. Great knife store. Buds Gun Shop and a Bass Pro just up the street.
