ESEE Advanced Survival Kit. Berry Compliant. All USA materials and labor. Available in OD green and blaze orange. Can also be purchased empty. Map storage up front as you can see and then the layout area for use. Flap inside used to flip over and keep map from suffering water damage during use in the rain.
Front zipper compartment contents. H bandage, headlamp (now shipping with Petzl Tikkina), whirlpaks for water and batteries.
Top velcro pouch in main compartment Velcro pouch components. In the ESEE tin ive added a couple lighters. Had an instructor tell me once to always carry a damn lighter.
Triangia marked tin in the early version. I think these are now the ESEE logo tin now. Top of tin contents working down.
5COL has them I think. The plastic flap in the map compartment is to bring out and over the top edge to keep rain from getting in on your map. Mike
The bag itself is also available empty and is a Berry Compliant product. All USA materials and labor.))
Well, I'm impressed. I can see this hanging on my Halftrack, leaving more room inside for other stuff while making the really important emergency items more accessible.
Sorry if I missed this ... what's the red rope/cord? Size, rating, length. Edit: Never mind. Found it here. "25′ 8mm Load Rated Prusik Cord/Rope"
