    Velcro pouch components. In the ESEE tin ive added a couple lighters. Had an instructor tell me once to always carry a damn lighter. :)

    5COL has them I think.
    The plastic flap in the map compartment is to bring out and over the top edge to keep rain from getting in on your map.

    Well, I'm impressed.

    I can see this hanging on my Halftrack, leaving more room inside for other stuff
    while making the really important emergency items more accessible.
