So, to be clear, one two is one half more but one two is four halves less?

Just finished making a nice heavy leather belt loop for my Hobbglas. Rides wonderfully now.

I hope to source some ferric chloride to etch the logos, and then I plan on stripping it and letting a nice natural patina form.

    Glamour shots all done.

Gladly took this littler lady out for some work and damn. All the power of the junglas but in a less fatiguing design. Batons and chops like a dream. Just wow. Cant wait to use it on an overnight for the full effect.

Or you could stand two inches closer to the wood.

No, they took the 2 inches off the handle side of the blade so its 2 inches further away.

I have that same problem. I lost about two inches from my growing beer gut.

If only someone made a heavier, sturdier blade set at a roughly 90* angle to a longer handle, he could get through those trees easier.

If he actually hit the notch with more than 50% of his strokes it might be a little quicker!!:D

I'm guessing many who have purchased the Junglas II already had the 2" longer original. Do you find the balance or slightly shorter package will render the original to a dusty drawer or do you see continued use for both?

Though I would never give up my Junglas, I more often use the 6 and a Sevn saw to process the size wood I'd focus on. When I feel the need to chop something though...the Junglas is in a class of its own.
