Wrapped up a couple potatoes with fresh garlic and butter and threw them in the Traeger with the ribs for 2hrs. Wife whipped up some garlic butter corn. If you guys haven’t ordered any ribs from Meat Church, please do so. These Holy Gospel ribs were RIDICULOUS!!!
We ate a ton of takeout and sushi I cooked twice a week during the winter honestly. Blew a LOT of cash on eating and drinking. Last summer I cooked on my Weber almost every night.
