Had my 3HM on me today as I was cleaning up around the place after a strong wind. Then went inside to prep a whole chicken for braising. Even though I've got a knife block full of Shuns I decided to give a quick cleanup of the 3HM and use it on the bird. It's such a darn comfortable, nimble knife and of course it did a great job. Be a shame if this one didn't get the S35VN treatment. Perfection...
