Watching Kim Peeks documentary. He was the inspiration for the movie Rain Man and I got to meet him in junior high. I didn’t realize it but he is a Utahn too :)

I really want this to be a good movie^ Unfortunately netflix has let me down on just about all their films. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for this one.

Just watched The Highwaymen. I really liked it. Wasn't over the top. Just good acting and stayed relatively true to actual events.

.... yep that was my take on it. I enjoyed it and it was not over-acted. The gun shop scene was my favourite of course. !

    Agreed. A worthy watch.

I also thought it was a good touch how you never really see Bonnie and Clyde until....

    These are all on Prime.
Watched "Gorging," a documentary on canyoneering. Great photography, interesting interviews with some of the early guys who made it a "sport."
Watched "Little Dieter Must Fly," a documentary on Dieter Dengler, a Navy pilot shot down during Vietnam and portrayed in the fictional movie, Rescue Dawn. Tells his own story and goes back to Vietnam to walk through some of his capture and torture.
Watched "The Domestics." Sort of a WalkingDead/RoadWarrior/TheRoad, mash up with none of the character development, story details or budget. Still, pretty entertaining and worth a bowl of popcorn.
Lastly, watched "Code Name: Wild Geese." This one, I want my 90 minutes back. Sort of cool seeing a right hand drive, Trans Am drive up the side of a tunnel.

short little animation, with a wicked synthpop music track behind it.

Two brothers, trying to get out beyond the village, teamwork to cross a deep chasm . One brother, facing imminent death, sacrifices himself near the end but while doing so, lets the villagers know they 'both" made it across.

"Those bunks are 16 feet wide. The loads are nearly 30 feet tall. The tractors with trailers on them are called "PreLoaders" and weight 100,000 lbs, that's right 50 tons empty. Those ARE NOT highway legal trucks, They are BIG Off-highway units that only work private off-road operations. They have pulled at much as 300 ton loads using triple trailers back in the 70's and 80's. 200 plus tons "net weight" was very common with double trailers."
