Finished off a bottle of Old Camp while I was turning wrenches on the Zuk last night. Didn't mean to, it just kinda worked out that way.....
Enjoying some tall hollandias after a good walk to the beach with my kid. The walk back up the hill earned my brews.
Super awesome fruit rakia.
It's made from quince fruits.
Explain. I'm not familiar with this spirit....
Rakia is made by the distillation of fermented fruits. The most popular one is made from grape, but you can use any fruit. I make my own twice a year - from grape and persimmon fruit. Home made is strong, the one you can buy is usually lower % of alcohol like this one - 40%
Rakia is popular on the Balkans, the rest of the world seems to prefer whiskey and vodka. I drink a lot of whiskey and vodka and all other alcohol but Rakia is King
And for dessert a beer
So basically legal hooch.. Lol
Johnnie walker black label
Yeah, as long as you don't sell it, you can make as much as you want
If you haven't watched it yet, the documentary "Neat" is really interesting for you bourbon drinkers.
Enjoying some Buffalo Trace last night.
Plowed through 6 Pale Ales and my back quit hurting. Wish I could drink at work cause it's hurting again....
Have you tried cbd?
Nope. Have not.
It helps with my arthritis and anxiety. Not sure if you'd want to try it but it does work.
Honey Luna Honey Amarillo DIPA from Nocoast Beer Co in Oskaloosa, Iowa. Has a real malty ale and biscuit aroma with a hint citrus. That malt backbone with honey is there right up front, same as aroma with the biscuit in there, I think Marzen not IPA, even a bit of that banana in the middle then some citrus like lemon lime citrus then wham, a good dose of dry pine for a finish. Good, I don't get a real sweet honey but it's there, this is one of the widest flavor profiles I've experienced, a sip tells a story.
I like the 101 much better than the regular one, which I love
I need to get some Wild Turkey, the last time they were on sale here I got a box of 6..
