    There's a lot of similar knives in the industry. Generally, if they're not being marketed as the same name/brand, then it's pretty hard to go after them.

    I believe Tops was the first company to manufacture the laser strike. There's some kind of history between tops and Rat. They're a pretty above board company, so I assume they retain rights to produce the design.

    To me they look very similar save for the handles. I wasn't calling for the torches and pitchforks. I just thought they looked very similar.

    Mike Fuller is a good friend of ours. Tops did indeed produce the first versions of the Laser Strike years ago with the help of Rob Simonich. No worries on the Tops knife.))
