Not cooked well enough at least not well enough to pull. I melted my cheapo meat thermometer last week so I'm flying blind. Sliced a piece off the end, flavor was great. It was too late in the evening for me to do much more with it so I just threw it in the fridge. Here's the part where you can really laugh... got up this morning and stuck it in the crock pot on low with a can of Busch Lt.
your all killing me here with pics of your smokers.....at the EX-GF's place I had a 55 gal Ugly Drum Smoker....it was AMAZING! but here in the Apt Bunker....no BBQ, No Grills, No Smokers allowed due to fire regulations..... killing me! AUGH! i miss FOOD!
