That one actually looks cooked
@RedEyedHog what did you cook it in, ours look like that when we us La Cana China. Nice job.
I think he used a blow torch to make it look cooked. I bet it's still raw inside. Pretty though.
We cooked it the easy way, a Southern Pride rotisserie for 17 hours. This was a catering job we did for ULA.
It wasn’t going to taste good either way.
ESEE would do alot better if they’d just make a knife that doesn’t need sharpening....in the mean time their Knife Maintenance Kit works great.
@Patrick Rollins and some foreign spam.
Campfire buffalo wings in homemade buffalo sauce.
Red Eyed Hog
What hot sauce @RedEyedHog?
I used Franks but Louisiana Hot sauce works great too.
Had to do a little knife maintenance for a coworker so I had to break out the travel kit
REH white sauce
Sitting on a deer burger
Sitting on a layer of white sauce
Sitting on a slab of vermont white cheddar
Sitting on a bed of cooked diced onions
Sitting on basmati rice
It was amazing.
That last looks fantastic.
Snake for dinner
Nice ...!!!!! Don't let @DYSPHORIC JOY see you eating one of his pets though !!!
Body structure looks like a pit viper. If it wasn’t venomous and in his back yard, I shall officially move him outside the inner circle.
Water moccasin by the chicken house. Please don’t boot me from the inner circle.
Your place looks like a reptile paradise. Seeing any rattlesnakes?
You should come check it out next time you’re down this way. Loaded with reptiles. Haven’t seen any rattlesnakes yet but they are out here. We see more copperheads than anything.
