Congrats Kyle! I hope you guys make some awesome memories in that place! Next, you're gonna be fertilizing more than just your lawn!
sooooo...when ya gonna weld up a massive pumpkin throwin' trebuchet? you know, for drunken shenanigans by the fire pit/BBQ/Grill area?
Thank you everyone. Really appreciate it. We got about 70% moved in today. Finally took a shower and about to hit the hay. Having a 4 car garage is kinda weird coming from the tiny turd 1 car I was in before. The 701 looks so lonely until I can move the rest over!
This thing is a LOT smoother than I expected it to be. I mean, c’mon...it’s LaRue, so I expected it to be perfect. But for $90 I didn’t expect it to blow me away. Honestly with most “enhanced” mil-spec triggers being around the $70 range, it doesn’t make sense to not buy the LaRue for $20 more.
Got this little guy today, super light and slim. Also won these (3) Vics in a GAW contest! The hardwood Spartan looks soooo goood!!!
custom machined 15mm thru axle for the trekking cart. Aircraft grade fit. I'm just amazed at the exact fit. Worth the $190 CDN after taxes.
got a Bro Deal on two Olight lights...a 2000 lumen headlamp, and a Olight Stryker flashlight. Could NOT pass the deal up. Love my coffee can monthly expense account. The MX1 Stryker was missing a pocket clip......LOL........i got it for $60 less than the retail price....paid $70 CDN, and shamelessly stole the olight pocket clip off the headlamp
It's a spendy li'l bugger!!!! But, I got a decent deal on a (barely) used one. https://www.bladehq.com/item--Rexford-Knives-RUT-V3-Titanium--86189 Probably the fanciest box cutter I've ever seen (or bought for that matter), but I've always been intriqgued by the RUT due to its simplicity. The "push button" lock-bar is a pretty minimalist but elegant and effective design. Holding it in-hand makes you appreciate how lightweight and awesome it really is. Prybar/flathead and boxcutter are the primary tools I'll be using. The bottle opener is a good excuse to "whip it out", I guess.
Got this in trade for an esee 6. Thinking about putting these scales on it but it may be a bit too much orange lol
3/16" thick X 26" wide X 40" long aluminum plate , 2 X 40" long x 1"x1" Aluminum angle, 2 X 24" long x 1" x 1" aluminum angle For the main deck of the trekking cart. edit: although now that i've held the metal in my hand....i'm thinking 3/16" is waaaaaaay overkill....should have gone with 1/8". No biggie, can use this for my upcoming Tracker flatdeck roofrack build
