True, but I'm not like that. If I break it, it's on me. Plus I have a lot of time and work into this one, really don't want to break it lol.

The BK2 isn’t all that exciting, but the sheath I’m super excited to get.

Normally I show finished knives here, but things (the thing being me) have been slow. Maybe I just like the look of a full drawer. :p

after the knife pass around I decided to pick up a knife from Mythical Beast Forge. This is the Fenrir. I must say that a secondary benefit is I end up looking up the names of knives and in this case learn a little about Nordic mythology. Took the knife to help with some garden work today.

going to make this my primary knife for a while. Ergos are similar to the Chimera pass around knife so comfortable. I do like the lower profile of the blade. I want to try it hunting mostly because it looks nice and pointy for deboning. I’m not sure what the hardness is but from feel it seems a bit harder than 1095. I’m basing this on the time it takes me to sharpen on a stone. So completely unscientific and just an overall impression. Using a new knife just makes me smile.

    Thanks for the love y'all.

I've done a number of these out of 1/8" and it makes a sweet B&T.
Even have one (tapered tang B&T) down at the local outing store for some time now, but nobody has bitten. Weird what moves and what doesn't.
