Just wanted to introduce everyone to our latest team member, Shane Adams. He started working for us full time at the beginning of February and will be managing some new projects for us. Y'all will be seeing him at the trade shows and around the farm during classes. Here's a brief bio on Shane: Shane Adams has spent the vast majority of his life in the mountains of North Georgia. He’s a life long cyclist, an avid bow hunter and enjoys spending time in the woods with his sons. Shane is also a fly fisherman and white water kayaker, as well as an avid endurance racer doing both adventure races and mountain bike races. He also enjoys backpacking and bikepacking. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in education from the University of Georgia and earned his Master’s Degree degree from Walden University. Shane was a teacher and coach for 9 years before leaving education and opening a bicycle shop. He married his wife Kerry, literally the girl next door, in 1998 and they have 2 sons, Jackson and Parker. They reside in Dalton, GA along with their dog, Izula May. Shane now works full time for TransEquatorial Solutions as its new projects manager.
Shane really, really, wants to be the solution to your equatorial transportation problems. Sounds like a position that involves tunneling.
So, to recap, we have a dreamy, well-educated, endurance athlete, hunter-smuggler on board? Just between me and you, I think we've finally identified Expat.....
Well I named my dalmatian pup SE, let me know if you open a chapter sans tunneling work or white powder in my part of the world.
Shane seems to be well qualified except for U of GA. He would be much better able to handle stress if he went to GA Tech. All the best Shane. You can come back to mountains of NC and trout fish in my back yard.
You should steal that idea for Expat knives! As I can up with the idea first I will, of course claim 10% of all sales.
