It is on the list! I have a couple big choppers to hold me over. Right now I'm trying to find that fine line between one that is small enough be on my side 99% of the time, large enough for my hand and able to handle survival situation. The 2 that I have right now for that purpose is the 4 and LS. The 4 is about perfect other than handle being too small. The LS feels comfortable in my hand but it feels a whole lot bigger than the 4 on my side. Probably because of the wide sheath.

Basically, I'm down to Extended scales for the 4, sheath for the LS or try something different.

Looks like the extended scales on the 4 may do the trick!

I would suggest that you check with esee6&3 for custom scales. He could make you a set that would fit your hand to a T.

Have you looked at a 4HM it solves the problem of the handle being too short on the original and is a nice size to be by your side.
