Definitely has some shared characteristics with the 3, but Idk if it's enough to be considered counterfeit, or illegal. Mike and Jeff might be able to explain.
Design alone isn't enough to be considered a counterfeit. They have to copy the ESEE trademark itself. Still ****ty though.
