i just use a couple of straps to roll the pipe by myself for the first burn-in and it rolls perfectly without any creases...i just tighten it 1-inch per strap and move to the next one until i reach the end and repeat. it's a slow process but no need to have like 5 people to help (not to mention the cost of beer and pizza as a thank you).
