That’s what I was aiming for but I used the rustoleum camo dark brown, sand and light and dark green. What did you use to get the thin stripes
I used pine needles from the neighbors tree. The first time I used the needles from my tree, smaller, didn’t quite like it. These are rustoleum green and khaki. I repainted them. I used aervoe sand, aervoe field drab, rustoleum light army green and krylon od green on the ar15 the second time around. I just used rustoleum light army green and field drab on the mini this last time.
My first Semi Auto Pistola from years ago Bersa Thunder and the CC version I picked up in a estate sale.
Good looking Shotty.. I have a Beretta 1301 I keep thinking about jacking up and putting mud tires on.... we will see.
Was it like this and you just counter sunk it in? I have never thought about counter sinking it in a butstock before. I need one on my M4
Hey, no, different gizmo. https://grovtec.com/products/hollow-stock-push-button-base-gthm198-coming-soon That's what I used.
Bought this Springfield M6 Scout yesterday at my lgs. It's 22 / 410. Can't wait to carry it in woods and shoot.
Looks like an interesting rifle, I looked it up and saw that they now come in a .357/.410 model as well. I'm trying to find a reason to buy a Savage Model 42 in .22/.410, it's a modern version of the Savage 24.
I had the Savage model 42 , Mostly plastic. The extractor is plastic for the 22 / 410 shells and broke twice. The red accents is rubber bands around the gun in three places. I would go with Savage 24 or this Springfield M6 Scout. They are metal and both proven to work well over the years.
Thanks very much for this information, I'll pass on the 42. I read something about the plastic extractors and was waiting to see for my self what it looked like. On the other hand I can't get over the trigger on the M6. I'll look out for a 24. Thanks again. Regards, Kevin
Well, my solution to the over and under .410/.22 problem. I really like the Henry the .410 is a Turkish single shot that for the money is pretty nice, just wish they had the wood stock version in supply here in Newfoundland. The Henry is way better than I had even hoped. I guess it's a side by side...
So, I acquired my P7 a couple of years ago. The gentleman I got it from couldn't find the original box, but I wasn't worried much about that. I just love the gun. Fast forward to a week or so ago and a box arrived at the house. He found the box!
