Yes it comes with stock kydex sheath with retention lock and belt clip plate.

Does it come with the beige or black scales?

 

No problem. It comes with the beige. They're the factory canvas micarta scales that come with the knife new.

 

What would be your asking price for the knife, sheath, belt clip and black scales?

 

I'm not really wanting to let the black scales go. You can always go to the knife connection and purchase a set. They're a little under $50.
