Left the TN roller-coaster weather behind a week ago for Destin, FL and Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. Wilderness it isn't but the weather is great and the Emerald Coast Beaches are hard to beat. Fishing is slow. No takers yet but the restaurant Gulf Shrimp and Blackened Mahi is tasty. We are sporting the new to us Super C. Now with massive storage space we brought a New Solo Stove which burns real nice. Been trying some grub grilling on the new Blackstone 17. Hooked up with some friends from MI and had a Walleye cookout extravaganza. Margaritas, beer and Bourbon.
Great pictures! Thanks for sharing. How does that Super C do going down the highway? Do you tow the heep or just follow along separately? I've driven the 26' moving truck variety of that chassis (or very close to it) and it was a handful fully loaded plus towing El Hyundai. Nevada to Virginia with no reversing in 3 days - LOL. A record I hope I never have to try to repeat.
The Super C 33 foot is a box on an International Chassis 6.7L 350HP Cummins TD with Allison Transmission air brakes rear air suspension. CCC is 5K Pounds and tow rated at 20K lbs. We tow the Jeep. It handles very well. I've only wheeled it 1K miles, but I have 83K miles of over the road RV experience.
Wilderness it may not be..but it ain’t sitting in the house! A fire, good friends, food and fresh air…hard to beat.
