I absolutely love my xancudo it is one of
My new favorites. From the kitchen to outdoors and just doing whatever stupid ****. I love the blade size and thickness the overall size and feel of it and to make it better I think it looks amazing also.
They hit a home run with this blade in my opinion.

I have to say I am overly impressed with the edge retention on this knife. I used one for testing, then completely processed 3 turkeys, and now Reuben is using it to carve several tools from bamboo. We haven't sharpened or stropped it at all and it is still shaving sharp.

Quickly becoming my favorite ESEE.... wait a second, it just happened, It's my favorite ESEE. It is ironic, however, that my favorite knife has scales made out of G10 in my least favorite color... Orange, YUK!!!

Perfect blade profile and great ergos. I don't think the blade grind coulda been done any better. Now I just need to find me a leather backer for it so I can drop it lower off my belt.

So it’s an Izula II handle size on an ESEE 3 blade thickness.

Would like to see it compared to the 3.

I probably should have grabbed that one the other day in BF. I looked at it for a while but ended up passing. Went back for it later and it was gone.

How is the blade thickness versus the CR 2.5? —- never mind. Both have max thickness of .125

I'm probably the only person that didn't know this, but it fits exactly on the molle backing for the Izula. No need for leather now plus I can put it on my HPG kit bag. Moocho goodo...

The one with the hole is the exact same price as the holeless one! What are you trying to pull?

I bought a superb leather sheath from Amy at Warlander Enterprises. She make some of the best and very affordable. A bit of her background….Amy is not only a talented leather-smith but a good blade-smith as an apprentice under Andy Roy of Fiddleback Forge. The small size is a perfect fit for the Xancudo.

ok, ok. This is the brown one I stole from my Cohutta Puukko. The black one will be in on Monday. absolutely superb quality. She can get really get decretive with a lot of detail. Fit's the Xancudo perfectly with good retention. Price is a steal. Best way to reach her is Instagram where you can check out her work. Tell her Bob sent you and she'll charge you more. :p
