Finally got em dirty

    Finally used my esee knives for food processing that isn't a potato :D. Had a friend help with his mora, the rest of the tools are mine. Here's a neat shot of the swim bladder as well

    Nice work. I've cut up bait fish with my 4 but never used a knife to pin the head or skin out a cat.

    I used the laser strike a little bit on the skinning. It's doable even with my noob skills but the izzy 2 is definitely the better tool for the task, and while I would have like a filet knife it did that job decently as well. Used my friend's mora because we didn't have a nail on hand.
