    In the kitchen. Went to dinner at a colleague, who owns a nice set of Global kitchen knives. He got them as a wedding gift 10 years ago, and they hasn’t been sharpened since. It’s hard to see the difference between the chef knife and the bread knive….I knew this, so I brought the Sencillo. Saved me a lot of frustration.
