The only non knife related ESEE product I have is the flint and steel striker. That I use a lot. For flint and steel fire making, and also as a bearing block for bow drill. Also makes a good scraper for natural tinders and the like. Don't have any good photos exclusively of the striker, but here's what I got.
Just a suggestion, but when I use my cap to gather natural tinder, I remove it before I start the fire. Usually. There was one time maybe I didn't. Luckily it was raining.
One of my Christmas presents from the Wife. Was a little concerned with the passport case size has an edc wallet, but it works great.
Yesterday our winter warmed up to 40º and started raining and turned our world to sloppy mush. Other than a walk to tire the mutts out, it was a fine day to stay under shelter and do meditative things like gun maintenance, knife stropping and fantasizing about Tom Brady getting stuffed so hard by Rams linebackers that his helmet flies off (preferable with his head still in it ). Also a good day to mount my new ESEE pouch on my 6 sheath and stuff it full of little things I hope to never actually stake my life on.
