Got it churned out today, and it was awesome. Was a custard type base, I think we used 10 egg yolks. Got the kids involved in cranking. The novelty wore off pretty quickly for them. Mmm, that blackberry goodness. Didn’t get any shots in the bowl because, well, I was too busy eating it. We did however see who could hold their hand in the salty below freezing water the longest. Hint: that water is damn cold. Will probably try some peach on the next go round.
