last nights Post Death March hike dinner - pan seared chicken fingers with cool creamy cucumber ranch dip , spicy Mac & Cheese todays late breakfast - roasted garlic sausages (liberally seasoned with ground fennel and cumin, bit of salt and a heap of hungarian paprika) and german potatoes, roasted in the cast iron dutch oven still waiting for this yummy to be roasted so i'm enjoying some @Zeek beer (NON LIGHT!!!) while baking in the hot apt....
Busch! Had enough of the heavy beers, IPA's , stouts, etc for awhile......just wanted something crisp and cold.
About half a beers worth. I didn't really time it. I just grilled them open face down until they looked soft and had good grill marks. I then turned them over and sprinkled the brown sugar and cinnamon mix and continued to grill them until it carmelized.
