One of my employees raises hogs on the side. Strigidae & I bought one from him and split it. Here's a couple pork chops from it seasoned with Smokey C's.
Well as the sheeit smell slowly dissipates from the Milorganite in my backyard... at least I've got a crock pot full of mississippi pot roast going.
Yes... I have made this about 5 times since you posted it. I pull it with a fork like pulled pork and serve it on sandwich rolls. Everyone loves it. I add a few more of the Peperoncinos about 30mins before servin just so they are warm but not cooked soft.
