Thanks. It needed to be thinned a bit given how far back the edge had gone, so I gave it a quick polish while I was at it. Still a bit thick, but plenty functional. Wish I'd known about etching at the time, that probably would've looked neat.

Gave this to my youngest grandson for his first birthday. Etched and blued with his initials and put some edge on the spine. Wonder just how early I can teach him to make fire...........

Like with any ESEE, they're worth every penny, IMO. You could always look for used ones. They come up a lot in the ESEE north America group on Facebook. One just sold recently for $65 with tkc scales and a kydex sheath. There ebay also but that's like playing roulette, cause some of those guys want more than what they cost new.

Edge needs work, but another knife I got with the trade. I may make this into a mini Harley esee, but it's expensive doing themed knives lol. Have a set of orange scales coming today for it also. 20211127_084826.jpg

Edge is done. Would've been mirror but this Lansky set sucks. Still got it shaving sharp though. IMG_20211128_142920_308.jpg IMG_20211128_142920_339.jpg IMG_20211128_142920_364.jpg

Mini handline carved with the Candiru. Maybe I'll catch some little fish on the little handline carved with the little fish knife.

Some feather stick action as well.

I knocked out an arapuca bird trap with the Candiru. After beaver chewing a bunch of shoots, I just needed a bit of cordage and plenty of cross batoning.

I sure like this little knife.

I have a GIF file of the testing the trigger, but it wasn't playing for me. I'll see what I can figure out.
