If you plan on shooting indoors go with a standard flash hider or a flash can or “sound mitigator” muzzle breaks are loud as hell I like a standard A2 flash hider or a 3 prong
Both need a sound suppressor, or you'll regret it. The flash at night is horrendous, too. I went with a 10.5" skinny barrel, to let me taken it down and conceal it in a medium sized backpack. I use a carrying handle scope, luminous steel sights., see thru scope mount. With .22lr ammo being so expensive and hard to find, the CMMG .22lr conversion unit is not as much of a $-aid as it was, but it still lets you fire a subsonic round. The 60 gr Aquila subsonic works in the 1 in 9" twist of the 223 rifling. It does not stabilize in the 1 in 16" twist of normal .22lr barrels.
