    Took a summer cruise to Alaska for our 10 year anniversary. Awesome scenery, we ported in Ketchikan, Juneau, and Skagway.

    Awesome pics!

    My wife and I went about 5 years ago. Flew to Anchorage and drove to Denali and Seward. An absolutely beautiful place. Need to go back.

    Were you able to carry a knife while on board? My wife and I have been wanting to do an Alaskan cruise but the thought of not having a knife in Alaska isn't working.

    I carried my SAK the whole time, you have to go through a metal detector going on the ship but I just put it in my pack. They saw it never said anything. Did the same thing with my water bottle, filled it with booze at port.

    We did an Alaskan cruise in 2002. Loved it. I really hope I get a chance to go back again someday.

    Thanks guys and gals for the compliments, I would recommend it to anyone. The vast beauty and peacefulness cannot be captured in pictures.
