    For 100.00 US I'd say it was a keeper. For 169 CDN, I'd say it was a keeper :) There's a lot to like about it. It's quite compact and feels very light in hand. I can't think of any negatives. It uses VG10 steel, instead of the typical D2 steel used on their budget series. Lemme tell you, they ground it THIN! (blade is hollow ground). But it slices like crazy. Not a hard use knife, IMO. Not with that thinness. But that's more my taste anyway, as I love a slicer. Just measured the edge - it's right around .013" and .018-.020" just behind the edge. Which works out to just under 1/64s and just over 1/64s of an inch. or .3 to .5mm.

    Oh, just remembered. The pocket clip in conjunction with the texture on the handle isn't very pocket friendly. I wear thin shorts, and haven't had any issues with tearing or fraying. But I figure in time, it may cause pocket wear. On the good side, it's never gonna inadvertently fall out of your pocket.

    Now that you mention that is my only gripe with my 620 is the pocket clip is not all that friendly. Other than that the knife is too notch. I really like the way they did the jimping on your knife.

    I've had these for years and never even tried them out until a few weeks ago. I was surprised how easy it was to open these padlocks up with only a few minutes of trying. Too bad I can't legally carry them here.
