    I wish Rowen did the 1095 a little bit harder. If they did I'd buy an RB3. Their 1095 takes a beating and is easy to sharpen, but from what I understand it's soft to the point that a firesteel messes the spine up a little bit.

    Mine has a nick or two on the spine from firesteel. Nothing crazy, but there nonetheless.
