Here's a nice pair (Pervs-I'm talking about knives.)

The full size Grip is carrying a Wilkins set of scales and the mini Grip has some Applied Weapons Technology (AWT) aluminum scales.

The mini Grip was confiscated from me, by my wife, and rides in her purse as an EDC.

The big Griptilian doesn't get much pocket time. But it is superbly tuned and the Wilkins grips are fantastic in the hand.

Whenever I have a neophyte ask me what knife they should buy (or a give a gift to a newbie) for a first knife. I always think of the mini Griptilian as a great place to start.

This is my first Benchmade. I was hesitant to jump on it because of some of the negative opinions I've read regarding their QA/QC. I have to say that I'm impressed. I own pricier knives that I've been underwhelmed by. I've been toting it for almost a month now. The action has stayed smooth, I don't have any play, and everything in terms of fit and finish is great.

My first Grip. The mini.

It is seeing a lot of use today as I'm packing up stuff for the move on Saturday. What a great utility use type knife. So happy with it.
