Jeff and I have a good business because the owners stay directly involved with the business all the way to the customer every day, Hence here we are and I deal with customer service not because I aced a sensitivity training course but because I know a great deal about our business. Knowing that I can usually answer a question or deal with an issue quickly. I get a lot o folks asking about warranty. If someone needs to send the knife in I don't type a long email explaining the how. We did all that on the warranty page along with the address where to ship to. So my standard answer is " Go to the warranty page and follow instructions." I'm not striving for rude, just expediency. I will do everything I can to help someone and replace a knife under warranty . But The customer is not always right and I'm not your mother to pat you on the back and say " What's the matter honey?" when you get your feelings hurt by me or at your own hand by bring short sighted. I agreed with the guy and he got a brand new knife. I make no apologies. Mike

Well ladies and gentlemen, I believe we have now discovered who Donald Trump turned to for training in the very interpersonal skills that got him elected. Mike Perrin is the man behind the Trump victory. Mike and Jeff, Trump got elected for the same reasons that you keep much of your clientele. People want honesty and straightforwardness. No nonsense. I hate it when I feel like someone is trying to manipulate me to get me to do something. Yes, sometimes my feelings get hurt and I don't always like what I hear said to or about me, but in the end, if I don't really want to know the answer then I don't ask the question. Like Trump, you guys are like a breath of fresh air, uncontaminated with smoke being blown around in a house of mirrors. None of you are perfect, but you are better than most of the alternatives out there.
Here's my take on the whole situation.... At least ESEE stands behind their products 100% unlike Bark River Knives. If y'all want to deal with a ****tard then go over there.
