Now, why the heck isn't ESEE represented at this event?! We need to crash this next year. Fly the Expat Knives flag and have the first Expack gathering:

If there's an event I can get into, lying in a hammock is certainly one of them.

Will there be suffering? I only go to things that include some sort of deprivation or hard life lesson.

Ill give you a patch if you carry all my stuff, set it up, cook all my food and gently rock my hammock on command. When I dont need you, you are free to lift logs and do bear crawls.

    Thats my final offer.

"Event" lol. It is a Homer Simpsonesque group nap

I would go but why? This thing has a very anti hammock feel to it.

I would rather go to this than one of those strenuous outdoor survial classes. Or a goruck.

I will say a hammock is one of those things that takes a thousand to try and figure out before finding the right one. Especially length and materials.

I have found they are best when weathered a season or two. They then disintegrate and you must start over.

Anything that allows me to lay down, I can pretty much make it work.
